Interreg Volunteer Youth (IVY) is an initiative of the European Commission, allowing young people to contribute to meaningful Interreg projects as Interreg Reporters (helping highlight the results of Interreg programmes) or Interreg Project Partners (contributing to the implementation of projects).
The “Interreg Volunteer Youth” initiative is financed by the European Union and the Association of European Border Regions (AEBR). Each volunteering experience lasts for 2 to 6 months, and the volunteers receive a financial contribution that covers their cost of living. This volunteering allows young participants to expand their CVs and improve their skills.
